These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of monkeygod.xyz and the digital products sold on it (together, the "Service"), operated by MonkeyGod ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a tier, you agree to these Terms.
You must create an account and log in before purchasing any tier. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase.
MonkeyGod tiers are one-time-payment digital products — guides, frameworks, and related materials delivered as a downloadable PDF and, depending on tier, community and update access. There is no recurring subscription; "lifetime access" refers to the digital content itself, not to any ongoing service guarantee.
Payments are processed by our checkout provider, mycheckout.live, a separate service from monkeygod.xyz. We do not store your full card details. After a successful payment you're redirected back to monkeygod.xyz/success.html, where your guide becomes available for download while you're logged in.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased materials for your own content creation and business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly republish, or share your purchased PDF or account access with anyone who hasn't purchased it themselves.
As stated on our pricing and FAQ pages, we don't guarantee specific results (views, followers, revenue, or otherwise). Outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including your own effort, niche, and platform algorithm changes.
Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy, which offers a 7-day window from purchase.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, including sharing or reselling purchased content. Where reasonably possible we'll give notice first.
The Service and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MonkeyGod is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
