Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information MonkeyGod ("we," "us," "our") collects through monkeygod.xyz, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: the email address and password you provide at signup. Passwords are hashed (bcrypt) — we never store or see your plain-text password.
• Purchase information: which tier you bought and when. Payment card details are collected and processed entirely by our checkout provider, mycheckout.live — we don't receive or store your card number.
• Session data: a login token (JWT) stored in your browser's local storage, used to keep you signed in and to authorize your PDF download.

2. How we use your information

• To create and maintain your account
• To verify your login before releasing purchased content
• To send you access-related or support emails (e.g. in response to a request you send us)
• To improve the Service

3. Third parties

We share information with service providers only as needed to run the Service: mycheckout.live (payment processing) and our hosting provider (running the site and storing account data). We don't sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data retention

We keep account information for as long as your account exists. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

5. Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or request that we delete your account and associated data, by emailing monkeygodus@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable timeframe, generally within 30 days.

6. Cookies & local storage

We use browser local storage (not third-party ad-tracking cookies) to keep you logged in between visits. Clearing your browser's site data will log you out.

7. Children's privacy

The Service isn't directed at children, and purchases require you to be at least 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). We don't knowingly collect information from children.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
